Digital Portfolio | Spring 2026
This series is a collection of four mixed-media portraits inspired by the people closest to me: my mom, dad, brother, and myself. Each piece combines imagery, objects, and visual references that reflect how I understand each person through their interests, habits, passions, and the memories we share. Rather than creating traditional portraits, I wanted these works to capture personality and connection through collage-like compositions that feel both intimate and familiar. Together, these pieces explore family as a collection of individual identities that have shaped my own.
I want to dedicate these four pieces to my brother, Harold, who will be graduating this spring. Harold and I lived in different states for three years until this last fall when I moved to California to start at Scripps. I will be forever grateful that I picked Scripps for many reasons, but a big one will be that I got to go to the same school as my brother one last time. I wish Harold this best of luck post graduation and cannot wait to see what amazing things he does. Thank you for being a goated older brother.
